To achieve these objectives, Unit Lab Global:
- Regulatory Compliance: Follows all applicable legal requirements, including GDPR and local French regulations regarding data protection.
- Risk Management: Periodically evaluates operational and technological risks, assessing opportunities arising from both internal and external environments.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly reviews the ISMS to ensure its effectiveness and implements necessary corrective actions.
- Training & Awareness: Provides resources to train employees and raise awareness of information security risks inherent in corporate systems.
- Supplier Management: Selects and assesses external providers to ensure they meet our security standards.
- Incident Response: Maintains protocols for rapid identification and effective response to security incidents.
3. Responsibility
Information security is the responsibility of every employee, contractor, and partner of Unit Lab Global. All personnel are expected to adhere to the policies and procedures established within this framework.
4. Review
This policy is reviewed annually or upon significant changes to the business environment to ensure its continued suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
